Downtown Revitalization 75% Match
The City of Tilden was awarded Downtown Revitalization Grant funds to rejuvenate our historic downtown business district. Qualifying building owners can receive up to a 75% reimbursement for exterior improvements.
Eligible Building Improvements
- Storefront façade restoration and tuckpointing
- Commercial energy-efficient windows & doors
- Exterior lighting, awnings, and architectural restoration
- ADA handicap accessibility ramp & entrance upgrades
- Signage complying with historic downtown aesthetic
LB 840 Revolving Loan Fund
Approved by Tilden voters, the Local Economic Development Program (LB 840) provides low-interest loans for job retention, equipment acquisition, building expansions, and working capital.
